Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the Schubert room was a unique experience; the rooms were comfortable, though the high bed posed a challenge for my 5'2” wife. The service was exemplary, especially with help up the stairs to our Victorian-style room. The location was wonderfully centered to our explorations, and the dining experience, included in the room rate, was simple and good.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms had a charming historical vibe and were both clean and pleasant. The service, led by Robert and the attentive staff, was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The location, right next to the majestic Music Hall in the trendy Over the Rhine district, was perfect for exploring the city. The dining options were delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. A great value for the money overall.
Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a piece of history with exquisite antiques and souvenirs in the rooms. The service was attentive and friendly, although some questions remained unanswered. The location was perfect for exploring Cincinnati, right next to the famous Music Hall. The dining experience felt more like a cozy bed and breakfast with delicious offerings. However, the rooms overlooked a back parking lot, and the dining staff composition was a bit puzzling.
